All interactions with our call panels can be logged through our software. We also have an RFID enabled version that provides an audit trail of a specific user’s interactions.

We also have large selection of patient handsets include speech versions. For more challenging environments, we can supply stainless steel versions complete with tamper-proof screws.

For WC’s – traditionally considered higher risk areas , we can supply our WC pull cords which are also available with splashproof housing for wet areas and come complete with anti-ligature as standard.

To address any infection control concerns that you may have, for total peace of mind, our complete range of call panels and sockets are anti-microbially treated for greater protection against the build-up of bacteria. These offer superior protection over other 'coated' options which are more susceptible to scratching and wear and tear.

One of much loved features cannot be seen by the eye but represents the foundation of all that is good about our platform is our ultra-safe EZ CALL IP circuitry monitoring.

This constantly polls the system - right down to our nurse call units and even handsets to provide peace of mind that the system is working correctly. Under stringent VDE 0834 standards for Nurse Call Systems, we are obliged to safeguard any calls/presences in the event of power failure for a minimum of 30 seconds in the system memory. In fact, our ECS Emergency Call System guarantees that we lose ZERO calls for total peace of mind.
